Membership is limited to individuals who identify as survivors of narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships.
You must be at least 18 years old to join.
3. Confidentiality
All discussions within the group are strictly confidential.
Members agree not to share any personal information, stories, or content outside the group.
Recording, screenshotting, or copying content from the group is prohibited.
4. Respectful Conduct
Treat all members with kindness and respect.
Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language will result in immediate removal.
No judgment or criticism of others’ experiences or coping strategies.
5. No Professional Advice
The group does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Members should seek qualified professionals for therapy, counseling, or legal matters.
6. Content Guidelines
No explicit, violent, or triggering content.
Avoid sharing graphic details that may harm others’ recovery process.
No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation of services.
7. Safety
If you feel unsafe or triggered, you may leave the group at any time.
Report any concerning behavior to the group administrator immediately.
8. Administrator Rights
Administrators reserve the right to remove members who violate these Terms & Conditions.
Rules may be updated periodically; members will be notified of changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mindful Healing with Krissy LLC and its administrators & other members are not liable for any emotional distress, decisions, or actions taken by members based on group discussions.

1) Scope & Purpose
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information within this private online support group. Our goal is to maintain a safe, confidential, and trauma‑informed space. This group is not a medical, psychological, legal, or counseling service.
2) Eligibility & Age
Membership is limited to individuals aged 18+ who identify as survivors of narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3) Information We Collect
Account & Profile Data: Display name, username/handle, email, optional profile fields (e.g., pronouns).
Community Content: Posts, comments, reactions, file uploads, and shared resources.
Direct Messages (DMs): If enabled on the platform; subject to members’ choices.
Safety & Moderation Signals: Reports, rule violation flags, admin notes, limited incident logs.
Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, cookies, platform analytics (if applicable).
Sensitive disclosures: Members may share experiences of abuse, trauma, health or legal matters. Treat all such content as highly confidential.
4) How We Use Your Information
To operate the private group and deliver community features.
To moderate content and enforce community rules.
To respond to reports and support member safety.

Admins are not your therapists and are typically not mandated reporters, but may act to reduce risk where allowed and appropriate.
8) Data Retention & Deletion
Active Content: Retained in the private group, unless there is cause for the administrator to remove it, or by request.
Incident Logs: Retained only as long as needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your posts and account; some content may remain if required for safety, audit, or legal obligations, or if others have interacted with it (e.g., quoted replies).
9) Security Measures
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (role‑based admin access, secure passwords/MFA, least-privilege principles). No system is 100% secure; please avoid sharing identifiable details that you do not wish to disclose.
10) Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., CCPA/CPRA for California, VCDPA Virginia, CPA Colorado, CTDPA Connecticut, UCPA Utah, and GDPR for EU/EEA residents), you may have rights to:
